1 - “Drive Blind” - Ride. Some classic shoegaze from the early 90s.
2 - “I’m Not the Only One” - The Brother Kite. Current shoegaze, with a poppy-tinge.
3 - “Nevermind the Phonecalls” - Earlimart. If only the weather was like this song sounds - summery and gorgeous - rather than our 2 above windchills.
4 - “Sad Songs” - The Frames. Solid effort from these Irish lads.
5 - “A Ghost in the Arcade” - Idlewild. They’re bringing the rock back after a couple albums that leaned towards the pop and ballads.
6 - “Crumble” - Dinosaur Jr. They sound like they never went away.
7 - “Waking Up and Walking Out” - Margot and the Nuclear So and So’s. Fine local music.
8 - “Reeboks in Heaven” - Fujiya and Miyagi. I always thought they wore sandals in heaven.
9 - “Somebody Got Murdered” - The Specials. Clash cover, quite well done.
