CLR #68

A quiet transmission; all music, no me. I know you'll miss my banter, but I wanted to make sure you had fresh tunes for your Thanksgiving travels. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

- "Kiss Chase" - Lush. Lush was awesome. This dandy is off their stellar 1994 disk Split.
- "Dead Sound" - The Raveonettes. From their brand-spakin'-new disk. I'm glad they've kept that Jesus & Mary sound prominent.
- "Microwave" - The Soft Lightes. Go check out the site RCRD LBL right now. Free, legal, DRM-free music downloads, from whence this track comes. Props to my brother in music Luke S. for hooking me up.
- "Second Chance" - Liam Finn. Neil's son goes out on his own, and sounds a lot like his uncle Tim.
- "I Just Want the Girl In The Blue Dress To Keep On Dancing" - Mike Doughty. The former Soul Coughing lead singer's latest.
- "Broke Up The Time" - The Futureheads. One of my favorite bands of 2006 returns with some new stuff.
- "Atom" - British Sea Power. Off their current EP and scheduled to be included on their early '08 full release.
- "Ceremony" - Radiohead covering New Order. Recorded live during their recent radiohead.tv transmission.
